The Hit Indie Puzzle Platform game FEZ has finally landed in the Apple App Store. The game was first launched back in April 2012 on Xbox Live Arcade and was also featured in the movie Indie Game: The Movie. A few months later Zynga contacted Polytron the creator of the game to port the game to Android & iOS but Polytron declined the offer. But, at the end of 2012, the lead designer of the game Phil Fish announced that they will bring Fez to other gaming platforms including iOS but sadly that did not happen.
Earlier this year, Polytron released a teaser trailer hinting the game would soon hit the Apple App Store. Now, the game has been officially released on the Apple App Store and it will cost you $4.99. And yes, there are no in-app purchases.
For those of you who haven't heard of Fez, Fez is an Indie Puzzle platform game with a unique type of gameplay. The game is all about shifting perspectives to solve mind-bending puzzles. The game features Disasterpeace's amazing soundtrack to enlighten your mood.
The game is currently available on almost all gaming platforms except Android and we hope to see it soon on Android too. If you don't own an iOS device you can also play the game on PS3, PS4, PC, Linux, and PS Vita. If you own any of these devices, you are good to play entertaining puzzle game. It should be noted that the game was ported to iOS by the same Barcelona based studio BlitWorks who released it on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PS Vita.
