Fortnite is still one of the biggest video games in the world right now. While some huge games like Red Dead Redemption II and Call of Duty Black Ops IIII have been released. Fortnite Battle Royale is still holding its own.
Epic has already teamed up with Marvel to bring us the Thanos inspired Avengers Infinity War crossover and that we very well received. I am actually surprised there have not been more things that have been crossed over with Fortnite.
Well Epic games and the NFL are teaming up to bring us 32 new Fortnite skins! Each team in the NFL is getting its own skin and they do look pretty cool. They have made these skins fit in with the overall style of Fortnite. Of course, if you want any of these skins you are going to have to actually spend some real-world money on them.
One of the interesting things about this team up is that for years, actually the better part of 20 years now. EA has had a tight grip on the NFL license so seeing the NFL work with another gaming company is rather interesting. Now granted this is not a football game so there is no competition between the two, but it is still very interesting to see.
If you are a fan of the NFL then this is going to be cool. One neat touch that they have added is the ability for you to choose what number goes on the back of your football jersey. You cannot put your name, but being able to put your number is fun.
